Low profile spring loaded screws
 
All spring-loaded screws have the advantage of applying a more even pressure when they are first installed, making the positioning of the parts being joined more secure.  Low profile spring loaded screws have the advantage of offering a thinner head. These are ideal for use in settings where there is significantly limited vertical space, but where countersinking to achieve a flush finish is not possible or desirable.  Equally, they can be used where the aesthetic design of the parts being attached is salient, such as in components that are to be used in areas of an aircraft that are visible to the public.

Based in California, since our inception over four decades ago, we have invested in an extensive range of manufacturing equipment.  This enables us to work with a wide range of materials, ensuring that our fasteners, including low-profile spring-loaded screws, can be made out of the precise material that will meet our customers’ production needs.  The materials deployed across the different environments encountered in an airframe are key to ensuring the safety and robustness of the airframe during its life cycle.  Our commitment to quality and safety includes working closely with our customers to give advice and support with respect to which materials will stand up to the environmental stresses that will be present, including humidity, UV and extremes of temperature.
