Paul Felski joined Fastener Technology Corp. (FTC) in March of 2022 and is its President.

Paul is an accomplished executive with over 20+ years of Fastener experience and a proven track record of business growth and development, employee satisfaction and excellent customer service and awareness. He has also been an industry leader in the development of automation and robotics in fastener manufacturing.

Paul is a certified six sigma black belt and has an engineering background, while completing his business management program through UCLA extension.

Tom Boat, Chief Financial Officer, joined FTC in 2018 after working as a Controller in the Aerospace Industry for eight years.

Tom participated in the company-wide ERP system upgrade in 2018 and the financial integration into Avantus Aerospace in 2019. During this time FTC’s annual revenue grew over fifty percent.

Tom has over 30 years of finance experience including public accounting for a national CPA firm, and financial management positions in the Consumer Products, Entertainment, and Aerospace industries. Tom holds a degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Rahmi Zorlu joined FTC in 2006, served in multiple roles and currently serves as the Director of Engineering.

Rahmi has extensive knowledge in both fastener applications and Quality Management Systems (QMS). In his previous roles, Rahmi was responsible for implementing our AS9100 Quality Management System and maintaining compliance to subsequent revisions.  Rahmi also served as Interim Quality Manager before being appointed to Director of Engineering. Rahmi’s focus is continuous improvement with innovation. Rahmi holds an electrical engineering master’s degree from Viterbi School of USC.

Victoria joined FTC in late 2017 to serve as H.R. Generalist and E.A. to the President/CEO. She brings over 30 years of direct experience in all facets of H.R., earning her Designation in H.R. Management at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business earlier in her career.

She is currently studying for her SPHR Certification through SHRM and has enjoyed her professional experiences which include HR and Industrial Relations for Price Pfister Plumbing Fixtures, and 20 plus years in the Behavioral Health field.

Bob Baca joined FTC in July 2020, and serves as the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for the three Avantus fastener businesses located in Southern California.

Bob has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and has held EHS leadership positions with the Hughes Aircraft Company, Raytheon and most recently Alcoa Fastening System (now Howmet Aerospace).

Bob brings an approach to EHS management that focuses on employee safety, management systems and environmental sustainability.
