Paul is an accomplished executive in the Fastener industry. He is well known for leading strategic development and plan execution with over 20+ years senior management and team building experience.
He has also been an industry leader in the development of automation and robotics in fastener manufacturing.
While at Lisi Aerospace as Vice President and General Manager, Paul generated increased sales with key customers through improved performance, customer service, and relationship building.
Paul is a certified six sigma black belt and has a strong engineering and manufacturing background.
