Based in California, with easy access to national and international transport hubs, we have invested in an extensive range of manufacturing equipment to ensure that we are able to produce high-quality components to your exact specifications. We have a full range of both conventional and CNC machinery including milling, routing and turning capability, which means we are able to produce quality items with a high degree of fidelity to the production brief. We are also able to machine a wide range of materials to meet our customers’ every requirement.
 
Wide Range of Materials
 As experts on machined components for the aerospace industry, we understand that the safety and performance of aircraft components are heavily dependent on the material used. Components in aircrafts are exposed to a wide range of environments and consequently a large number of different environmental stressors.  The components may need to withstand chemical corrosion, water or humidity, extremes of hot or cold and exposure to UV light. It is key that the materials used are resistant to the stressors they will encounter, at the same time as satisfying other priorities such as being lightweight and low-cost. At FTC we are able to manufacture machined components out of materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminium, titanium, brass and a wide range of other alloys such as Inconel.
